Jeff Hartline is a Constitutional Conservative running in the Republican primary for the 5th Congressional seat, currently held by Jim Cooper.  (See 5th District link for a map)   Jeff’s commitment to the principles of America’s Founders has encouraged him to seek this office.  His love for the constituents of the district will motivate him to represent the people as a citizen legislator, voicing their desire for a fiscally responsible Congress, for smaller government with no deficit spending, and for entrepreneurial job creation for a sound economy.  Now is the time to make our district a major force in returning the nation to its solid foundation.  The Cooper-Pelosi hold on this district must be broken.  The seat is winnable, and we intend to win it!
